This was our 2nd stay at one of the Bear Branch Cabins, and both times were equally enjoyable. Already planning another trip in Sept - highly recommended!

Had a great time!

Overall we loved this cabin and our stay

Brooke Wisecarver
Overall we loved this cabin and our stay! The back deck and hot tub were definitely our favorite part, it was so peaceful with the creek running. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were well stocked and the coffee bar was nice. Upon arriving we could tell the floor had been over looked as there was dirt everywhere, nothing a quick vacuum couldn’t handle. We also did have an issue with the washer but they were quick to respond and send someone out the next morning. As others stated the lights do flicker with or without water use. This bothered our children more than it bothered us but worth noting because it happened daily. We would definitely stay here again or try another one of their cabin rentals on our next trip!

We had an awesome time as a family of 4 at Turtle Falls

We had an awesome time as a family of 4 at Turtle Falls. It was a great mix of modern amenities with a cozy cabin “simple life” feel. We found so many great hikes and sights as well as restaurants thanks to the helpful book provided by the host. Highly recommend the Via ferrata at Southeast Mountain Guides for a challenging, assisted rock climbing experience and then RedPoint restaurant for great views and food. We also loved the pizza at Miguel’s, the lift to the Natural Bridge, and that whole area. If you’re really hot and want to swim check out Jump Rock!

We had a very nice stay

Alysia Kusner
We had a very nice stay! The hot tub was very nice and the creek outside was such a calming sound. The amenities were nice as well. The host was very responsive but I couldn’t tell if it was a chat bot or real person…. It felt like a few details were missing from cleanliness like dust and hair by beds and in vents that were visible. The lights flash and flicker when the water is turned on, but stops when you turn water off. The beds were decent and there were plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Outdoor fire area was nice as well! Overall a great stay!

We stayed two nights and it was perfect

Marcie Placke
We stayed two nights and it was perfect. Lots of hot tubbin and drinking coffee on the peaceful back deck. Everything was clean and I appreciated the location. Close to hiking and restaurants. Great stay! Thanks!

My family and I enjoyed our two night stay at turtle falls

Tia Keller
My family and I enjoyed our two night stay at turtle falls. We originally were to stay at wolf den but a minor issue arrived and Bear Branch Cabins were quick to respond and resolve the problem by offering us a different cabin. The photos of both cabins looked just like the cabin itself as well as the descriptions. The cabin was beautiful, very clean and spacious, we loved enjoying the hot tub after a long trail walk in red river gorge to the arch. The only negative we do have to say is we wish there were a little more privacy between cabins, maybe some trees in between. There is a privacy screen by the hot tub, but by the fire pit you can see right into your fellow cabinors windows Other than that, wonderful cabin and stay, would recommend. We look forward to our next stay!

Lovely stay at the turtle cabin

Lovely stay at the turtle cabin! Super clean & peaceful space!

We had a great stay at turtle falls cabin

Tommy Key
We had a great stay at turtle falls cabin! There was lots of snow on the ground so our small 2 wheel drive couldn’t make it to the parking next to the cabin but we used the lot near the main road and it wasn’t a terribly long walk. The cabin was warm, cozy, and stunning with lots of natural light. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was relaxing and felt very private. I loved looking out at the woods and creek in the back. It was a quick drive to the natural bridge and some nice local restaurants. We definitely want to come back during the warmer months.

This cabin was absolutely perfect
